Jessica Earle, OT
Jessica Earle is a bilingual pediatric occupational therapist and owner of New Leaf Occupational Therapy based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has been practicing in early intervention and school-age pediatrics for over 12 years across Canada. She has been able to learn and grow within different practice settings such as non-profit organizations, hospitals, schools, rehabilitation centers, as well as private practice settings. Jessica has been able to focus her skills in the areas of feeding therapy, sensory processing, and attachment-based therapy. She has been able to bring her experience back home to the Maritimes and build a practice that is family centered and collaborative. Jessica also coaches therapists in the field of pediatrics who want mentorship in early intervention therapy services.
Hannah Novack, OT
Hannah Novack was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She pursued her Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She returned home to complete a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University.

Hannah's interest in pediatrics was sparked during a clinical placement at the IWK Children's Hospital in Preschool & School Rehabilitation. Additionally, she conducted research on the effectiveness of Constraint Induced Movement Therapy in improving functional mobility among children with cerebral palsy.

Passionate about pediatric occupational therapy, Hannah enjoys collaborating with and supporting children and their families using a strengths-based, solution focused approach. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys discovering new coffee shops, going for walks, and spending time with friends, family, or by the water.
